Helix CMO ("we", "us") operates helixcmo.com and the Helix CMO platform. We are the data controller for the personal information described below. To contact us about this policy, email privacy@helixcmo.com.

• To contact you when early access opens (contractual / pre-contractual interest).
• To send product updates and marketing emails — only if you ticked the consent box (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) consent).
• To prevent fraud and abuse of the sign-up form (legitimate interest).

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. Under the CCPA/CPRA this means you have nothing to opt out of, but you can still exercise the rights below.

Early-access emails are retained until early access closes plus 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them — whichever comes first.

You can, at any time and free of charge:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten" / "right to delete").
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw marketing consent at any time (the unsubscribe link in every email also does this).
• Object to processing or restrict it.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@helixcmo.com. We respond within 30 days.

Data is processed on infrastructure hosted in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves the EEA, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

If we materially change this policy, we will update the version number above and notify waitlist subscribers by email before the change takes effect.
