How our AI works

Autonomous, but never unaccountable.

Helix can research, draft, publish, and adjust campaigns. That's only safe if you know exactly where the line is. This page explains the autonomy model, the approval gates, and what happens to your data.

14-day trial · No credit card · Approval controls on by default

This page is maintained by Helix CMO to explain our product's AI behavior and current controls. It describes the platform as it works today and is not a certification or independent assessment.

Two autonomy levels

Review mode is the default. Helix researches, plans, and drafts, then queues everything for your approval. Nothing publishes and nothing spends until you say so.

Autopilot lets Helix execute inside your guardrails and reports back in a weekly digest. Autopilot changes who clicks approve — it does not remove logging, limits, or your ability to reverse a decision.

What the AI is allowed to do

Helix reads connected analytics, Search Console, CRM, and ad account data; writes content and campaign changes where you've granted write access; and never touches billing, user management, or data outside your workspace.

Where humans stay in the loop

Anything that publishes to your site, sends to your audience, or spends money passes an approval gate you configure. High-risk categories — pricing claims, legal or regulated language, and brand positioning changes — are gated even in Autopilot.

Audit trail

Every agent action is logged with a timestamp, the inputs it used, the reasoning it gave, and the outcome. You can trace any published page or campaign change back to the decision that produced it.

Model providers and your data

Helix uses third-party AI models to generate drafts and analyses. We don't sell your data and we don't use your private workspace content to train shared public models. See Security and Compliance for subprocessors and data handling.

Limits of AI output

Generated content and forecasts are assistive, not infallible. Helix cites its sources so you can verify claims, and the quality gate blocks thin or unsupported drafts — but you remain responsible for what goes live under your brand.

Guardrails

Six controls you set once and Helix respects forever.

Budget caps

Hard monthly spend limits per account and per campaign. Helix cannot exceed them, and it flags when it's close.

No-touch pages

Mark pages, templates, or entire sections as off-limits and Helix will never edit or republish them.

Blocked terms

Claims, competitor names, or regulated language you never want generated. The quality gate enforces it before publish.

Brand voice rules

Your Strategic DNA defines tone and positioning; drafts that drift are rejected rather than shipped.

Channel permissions

Grant write access per channel. Read-only analytics with no publishing rights is a valid configuration.

One-click pause

Pause Autopilot instantly and Helix drops back to Review mode with everything queued for you.
