This page is maintained by Helix to answer common questions about how we handle your data. It's a summary in plain English, not a substitute for the full Terms of Service.
What we collect
Account information you give us (name, work email, company name), the integrations you connect (such as Search Console, CMS, and ad accounts), and usage telemetry needed to operate the service.
How we use it
To run Helix on your behalf: analyzing performance, generating content, tracking AI search visibility, and producing reports. We do not sell your data, and we do not train shared models on your private content.
Subprocessors
We use a small set of infrastructure and AI providers to deliver the service. A current list is available on request.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your workspace at any time. Standard retention is 30 days after deletion for backups; Enterprise customers can configure custom retention.
Your rights
You can request access, export, or deletion of your data by emailing privacy@helixcmo.com.
