Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Helix CMO ("Helix", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You're responsible for what happens under your account, including any content Helix publishes on your behalf to connected channels. Keep your credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use Helix to generate or distribute spam, illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans receive two months free. Trials convert to paid plans at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.

4. Content ownership

You own the content Helix produces for you. We retain ownership of the Helix software and models.

5. Termination

You can cancel anytime from your workspace. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimers and liability

Helix is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced to active accounts.
