Layer 01 · Identify · Visitor Intelligence

Know which companies are researching you right now.

Between 95% and 98% of B2B site traffic never fills in a form. Visitor Intelligence resolves the companies behind those visits, enriches them, scores them against your ICP, and tells you which ones are actually in-market this week.

Overview

Anonymous traffic is not the same thing as no signal.

Analytics tells you a session happened. It does not tell you that a 400-person logistics company read your pricing page three times in nine days. That difference is the whole game in B2B.

Helix resolves the organisation behind each visit, joins it to what you already know from your CRM, and enriches it with firmographic and technographic data. Then it scores fit against the ideal customer profile in your Strategic DNA and layers intent on top: which pages, how deep, how often, how recently.

The output is not a longer report. It is a ranked, de-duplicated queue of accounts worth a human's time, with the evidence attached so nobody has to take it on faith.

FAQ

Visitor Intelligence questions, answered.

Do you identify individual people?
No. Helix identifies companies, not individuals. Account-level identification keeps the workflow useful for B2B sales while staying inside GDPR and CCPA expectations.
How accurate is company identification?
Match rates depend on your traffic mix. B2B traffic from business networks resolves at a high rate; consumer ISP traffic often does not resolve at all, and Helix marks it unresolved rather than guessing.
What happens to accounts that are not a fit?
They are scored and set aside. You still see the volume, so you can tell the difference between a traffic problem and a targeting problem.
Can I push identified accounts to my CRM?
Yes. Qualified accounts sync to your CRM with fit score, intent signals, and the pages they viewed, so sales opens with context.
