The operating brief
The reason most AI-written marketing reads badly is not the model, it is the missing brief. Nobody told it who the reader is, what the business actually sells, which claims are legally risky, or which words the founder hates. Brand is where you say all of that once, in a form every agent reads.
It is a working document, not a style guide nobody opens. The content agent writes to it, the ads agent writes headlines from it, and the chat assistant answers within it.
Capabilities
What the brand agent does
01
Voice and reading level
Tone, formality, sentence length, spelling convention and reading level, set with examples rather than adjectives. Paste three pages you like and Helix extracts the pattern.
02
Offers and audience
What you sell, who buys it, where you serve, what you charge for and what you do not do. This is what keeps articles from pitching services you have never offered.
03
Approved claims and sources
Facts, certifications, guarantees and numbers the agents may state, each with a source. Anything factual outside this list is flagged for you rather than invented.
04
Banned words and claims
Phrases, competitor comparisons, superlatives and regulated claims the agents must never use. Enforced at draft time, not caught in review.
05
Assets and boilerplate
Logos, colours, product screenshots and the company description used in author boxes, reports and ad assets, so everything shipped looks like it came from you.
How it works
From connected to running
01
Import
Helix drafts a profile from your existing site and highest performing pages.
02
Correct
Fix the tone, the offer list and the things it got wrong. Ten minutes of editing.
03
Restrict
Add the claims and phrases that are off limits, with a reason where useful.
04
Approve
Lock the profile. Every module now writes inside it.
05
Refine
Rejected drafts feed back — the profile learns from what you turn down.
Guardrails are a quality feature
Restrictions improve output. A model asked to write about your service with no constraints will reach for generic industry language; a model told the audience is a practice manager who has been burned by a previous vendor writes something specific.
The banned claims list matters more than the tone settings for regulated industries. Financial, medical, legal and insurance clients can encode the language their compliance function requires and have it enforced at the point of writing.
One profile, every surface
The same profile governs blog articles, meta descriptions, ad headlines, report commentary and chat answers, which is what keeps a Helix-run site sounding coherent instead of like five different freelancers.
Agencies keep one profile per client workspace, so a portfolio of twenty clients never risks one brand's voice leaking into another's content.
Plan availability
Included on all plans; one brand profile per site, shared across modules.
Starter $199 · Growth $469 · Agency $1069 per month, or $159 / $372 / $852 a month billed yearly (2 months free).
