The operating brief
Marketing data is scattered by default. Rankings live in one tool, spend in another, article performance in a third, and nothing tells you whether the blog post you published in March is the reason a campaign converts better now. Analytics in Helix exists to put those on the same page with the same definitions.
There are four views — ads performance, search performance, content performance and AI visibility — and they share date ranges, filters and the underlying conversion definitions, so the numbers reconcile rather than argue.
Capabilities
What the analytics agent does
01
Ads performance
Spend, cost per lead, conversion rate and wasted spend by campaign and ad group, with every automated change the agent made overlaid on the timeline so you can see cause next to effect.
02
Search performance
Real Search Console data grouped into topics rather than raw keyword rows: impressions, clicks, average position and the pages sitting just off page one.
03
Content performance
Per-article traffic, rankings, assistant citations and assisted conversions, so you can tell which pieces earned their place and which need a refresh or a merge.
04
AI visibility trend
Mention rate per assistant over time and share of voice against the competitors named alongside you, reported as a rate over repeated runs rather than a single position.
05
Reports and exports
Schedule any view as a recurring report to email or Slack, or export to PDF. Agency plans can white-label the output with client branding.
How it works
From connected to running
01
Connect
Authorise Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and your CRM.
02
Define
Confirm which events count as conversions so every view measures the same thing.
03
Baseline
Helix backfills available history so week one is a comparison, not a blank chart.
04
Monitor
Anomalies — a traffic drop, a spend spike, a lost ranking — trigger an alert the same day.
05
Report
Schedule the views your team or your clients need on a fixed cadence.
One definition of a conversion
Most reporting disagreements come from definition drift: the ad platform counts a conversion one way, analytics another, and the CRM a third. Helix asks you to name the events that count once, then uses that definition everywhere.
Where platform-reported numbers still differ from your CRM — and they will, because of modelling and attribution windows — the reports show both rather than quietly picking the flattering one.
What we will not report
There is no invented composite marketing score, and no projection of revenue you have not earned. Where a number is an estimate, such as attribution weighting or assistant mention rate, it is labelled as an estimate with the sample size behind it.
Data availability also differs by source. Search Console has a lag of a couple of days, and assistant answers vary run to run. The reports state those limits instead of smoothing them away.
Plan availability
