Integrations
Helix works on the stack you already have, with read-only access until you say otherwise.

The operating brief
An agent is only as useful as the access it has. Helix connects to the platforms your marketing already runs on, reads what it needs, and writes only where you have granted permission — never as a default.
Every connection starts read-only. You see what the agent would do before it can do anything, and you can revoke a connection at any time without losing the history of what happened while it was live.
Capabilities
What the integrations agent does
01
Search and analytics
Google Search Console for real query data and indexing status, and Google Analytics 4 for behaviour and conversions. Both are read-only connections.
02
Advertising
Google Ads supports full execution inside your guardrails once you enable it. Meta Ads is connected read-only today: reporting and recommendations only, with change execution coming soon. We label it that way because that is what ships now.
03
Publishing
WordPress and Shopify for publishing articles, applying meta and schema, fixing internal links and compressing images. Every write is logged with a revert.
04
CRM and alerts
Two-way HubSpot sync so identified companies and content history land on the record and closed-won values flow back. Slack receives approvals, alerts and scheduled reports.
05
Assistants
ChatGPT and Claude are queried for AI visibility tracking, and your robots rules for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and CCBot are checked as part of the technical audit.
How it works
From connected to running
01
Authorise
Standard OAuth for each platform. No password sharing, no agency logins.
02
Review scopes
Each connection lists exactly what it can read and what it could write.
03
Stay read-only
Nothing writes until you explicitly enable write access per integration.
04
Enable writes
Turn on publishing or ad changes when you are ready, with guardrails attached.
05
Revoke anytime
Disconnect in one click. History and reports remain intact.
Least privilege by default
Helix requests the narrowest scope that makes a feature work, and separates reading from writing at the connection level. A site can run the full audit, content plan and reporting stack without Helix ever having permission to change anything.
Tokens are stored encrypted, scoped per workspace, and never shared across clients on an Agency account. Each client workspace holds its own connections.
If your platform is not listed
Sites on other content management systems still get the full audit, keyword, AI visibility and reporting stack — articles are delivered as formatted drafts you paste or import rather than published automatically.
We would rather say a platform is unsupported than half-support it and break your site. The integration list on this page is what is live today, not a roadmap.
Plan availability
All live integrations are included on every plan.
